At Vintage jewellery, we love to see you wearing the most beautiful vintage pieces in your own unique way, and we want to share your photos with the rest of the world. We may ask for photos that you have posted on Instagram and/or facebook to be posted on our own social media channels, on our website and any other outlets such as our magazine and newsletter.

By replying #yesVJ on a photo after Vintage Jewellery has sent you a request on Instagram, you agree to the following:

• That we may share your photo on our website. 
• That we may share your photo or our social media channels. These are: Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
• That we may use your photo in other communications, such as in our magazine and newsletters. 

By granting this permission, you declare that

• You own or control the rights to the material, you have submitted and that you have permission from all persons who appear in the photos. Furthermore, you certify that you are an individual (not a company), that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Vintage Jewellery's use of your photos does not violate the rights of any third party or violate any laws
• You hereby release Vintage Jewellery from any obligations to pay you for the use of your photos, and release and agree to indemnify Vintage Jewellery and all persons acting for Vintage Jewellery from any claims (including third party claims), liabilities, of any kind, in connection with the use of the photos as described above.

If you wish to withdraw your permission to share your photos with Vintage Jewellery. You can contact us by clicking on the icon with the 'i' in it, next to your own picture on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your permission.
