We ship worldwide! All Vintage Jewellery items are sent free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Moreover, we send all packages registered. That means: safe and quick. Each item is insured and requires a signature for receipt. Your package can not be delivered to the neighbours. The parcel service only delivers to the address provided, or to an official delivery point.
We ship orders placed before 17:00 on business days the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be shipped the next working day. All jewellery is packed in a luxury Vintage Jewellery box, with a certificate.

Prefer to pick it up?
Picking up your new, favourite piece of jewellery is also possible. Place your order online and select 'pick up in shop' as your delivery method. You can then pick it up in the shop. Would you rather see and try on the jewellery first? That's no problem either. Please contact us to make an appointment for our showroom.
Returns: within 14 days
Of course we hope you're happy with your new purchase and completely ready to continue the story with your new acquisition! If, for any reason, that is not the case - no problem. Returns are permitted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the damage or incorrect item you received, as well as your order number. We will solve it for you!
Personalised or tailor-made
On personalised jewellery, the right of return lapses. Custom-made jewellery can be returned, but the alteration costs will not be refunded.
How does it work?

- Create a return via your account. If you do not have an account, you can contact us via our mail.You will receive your return label by mail within 1 business day.
- Please repackage the goods together with the packing slip and send the package with your return label you received through the mail.
