Choosing the right ring size is crucial so that you don't lose the ring and the ring fits comfortably. Fortunately, measuring a ring size is quite easy and you don't need a jeweller to do this. In this blog, we are going to explain how you can measure your own ring size.
First, gather the supplies you will use when measuring. To measure your ring size, you only need a few tools, such as a piece of string, pen, paper and a ruler.
Next, measure the circumference of your desired finger where your finger is widest, this spot on the finger is usually at the knuckle. Take a piece of string or ribbon and carefully wrap it around the measured finger. Mark the point where the string overlaps with a pen or marker.Lay the measured piece of string flat on a ruler and measure the length in millimetres. This is the circumference of your finger.
Now that you have the measured circumference of your finger, you can compare it with a ring size chart. Use this table to see which ring size fits your finger. Besides the EU size we use in the shop, we have also listed the US ring size in the table below. The US ring size is often used in the United States. It is therefore useful to know which US ring size corresponds to the European ring size.
